When the people over at Worx Tools reached out to me to do a review of The Pegasus folding work table I thought what in the heck will I do with it? I had just built all new workbenches in my shop. But I said yes and I am super glad I did. It is a great addition to any shop, but also for any homeowner to have around the house for all those DIY projects. Plus, I think it would be a great workbench for those doing install work. Lets get into the reasons why….

First Impression: It came packaged really well and everything was included in the box as it should be. It is made of some heavy duty plastic with metal parts, but isn’t heavy so it is easy to transport.

Functions: I really like how versatile it is. You can use it as a flat work surface or you can use it as a sawhorse (two side flaps down). It comes with two clamps with a coordinating track so you can clamp pieces to safety sand or cut. It also comes with some dog holes and bench dogs to hold pieces in place. It has rubber clips so you can put two tables together when you need a larger work station. Or when using two in the sawhorse position it has the perfect slots for 2x4’s to connect between both tables allowing you to add a sheet of plywood on top to really create a large portable work station.

A 2x4 fits perfectly into the top when the support wings/flaps are down. Another great way to join to of The Pegusus’ to create an even larger work surface.

Ruler and grid for when you misplace that tape measure… don’t tell me I am the only one that does that.

Quality: I haven’t had it for very long, but so far everything has been super smooth and awesome. Just looking at how it is made I would guess it will last a very long time. It does come with a 6 Year Warranty and a 30 Day Guarantee.

Value: Pricing on Amazon shows this set-up at $99. I think that is a great price especially because you get two clamps included. And you can NEVER have too many clamps! In fact I think this would be great for all new woodworkers out there on a budget, so I added it to my Woodworker Starter Kit in my Amazon shop.

Overall: Like I said in the beginning this is a great addition to any shop, household, or installation kit!

I foresee myself using this setup when all my other workbenches are full of builds… which does happen more than you think it would. Also, when I am doing DIY work around the house… like the miles of baseboard that I need to install. Or when I need to do some work in the backyard it will be super easy to take it back there and set up a small workstation rather than having to run back and forth to the garage for every little thing. Oh and if I ever end doing any install jobs (I’ve only done a handful so far) I’ll definitely be taking this with me! How would you use a Worx Pegasus Folding Work Table?

Oh and since this is my first straight up tool review on my website I would love to know how you think I did? Did I answer all your questions? What else would you like to see if I do more of these? Would you like to see me do more of these? And as always…. thank you for following my journey and all your support!

Have an AWESOME day and keep #BuildingAwesome!
